Alex is swimming in the canal with his friends. When I walk by he
thinks I am a tramp. I tell him that I am walking. “I could never do
that without electricity”, he says. I ask him what he would need
electricity for. “For my computer”, he says. “And for my television!” I
ask Alex if I can take his picture. His friends want to be photographed
too, but I tell them that I have decided for Alex. Alex is so proud. He
has to force himself not to laugh out loud.
